Corporation Members

Corporators are the historical local foundation of mutual savings banking. Their chief legal responsibility is to elect the individuals who will serve as corporators and directors. They must also approve major changes in the charter and corporate structure. Beyond that, they serve as a key link between Mascoma Savings Bank and the communities it serves.
